Chiz's Heart Street Mission has Moved

Chiz's Heart Street Mission has moved to 254 Washington Avenue, Kingston N.Y. The mission continues to offer home and hope to those who suffer from mental illness and to those who have made a commitment to live a clean and sober life. This house is based on the family model where each person is seen for who they are and what they need to live a full life. CHS continues to offer food through the community food pantry to those who do not live at Heart Street but are in need assistance.
